We are proud to announce the launch of a highly ambitious project in our new studio in Riga. And in order to get started we urgently need a proactive and goal-driven Associate Producer.

All the action will take place from the first person inside an ordinary apartment. The most important thing is the mysticism and madness that occur around the main character. If you have long dreamed of reviving a dish washing sponge that can take over the world, or creating a washing machine that will become a tunnel to Hogwarts – this job is definitely for you 🔥

Responsibilities:

• Find ideas for new videos that will win over millions of viewers around the world

• Organize and build workflows following the specifics of the project

• Come up with the product packaging (names, covers, tags, etc.)

• Work in a team, set clear, understandable tasks, achieve project goals

• Utilize creative approach, while making informed decisions backed up by data

Requirements:

• Prior experience in video production or similar industry

• Creative and bold person who is not afraid to take responsibility

• Strong desire to develop new VFX project from the ground up

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced video production environment

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints

• A structured, consistent approach to organizing a multi-stage production process

• Ability to work with new non-standard tasks and solve them efficiently

• Responsive to a constructive, useful feedback of the team's work

• Good command of English language (both written and verbal)
