Today we are expanding the Human Resources team and looking for a Compensation Executive for our new Budapest office.
Develop a fair total compensation for different locations (including remote roles) that are aligned with the company’s strategy;
Design a benefits package that according to the law requirements;
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations;
Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices;
Calculate bonuses for all locations.
At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits;
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
Demonstrated analytical skills and analytics software;
Expert-level expertise with Excel, Google spreadsheets;
Good command of English (upper-intermediate level and higher), Hungarian language skills are considered as advantage;
Demonstrated problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Full-time official employment: 9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri;
