Development manager [5-Minute Crafts]
TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers on Earth, producing tons of entertaining and enlightening online content. Our team of 2,700+ creative minds in 70+ countries shoot videos, make animations, and write articles every day in 19 languages for more than 1 billion subscribers around the world!
Today we are looking for a creative and organized SMM to join our 5-Minute Crafts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of YouTube.
Here are some more details about the role:
You will be responsible for:
Creating and publishing 2-3 compilations per day;
Request thumbnails, write titles, timestamps, and tags for compilations;
Enable monetization and schedule compilations for optimal viewership;
Stream live videos via TheSoul according to guidelines provided;
Post Shorts and Stories according to established posting strategy;
Follow Asana tasks in assigned projects and conduct experiments to improve workflow.
Our ideal candidate has:
Interest and experience on YouTube;
English proficiency at B1-C1 level;
Bonus skills: experience working with media production teams, technical skills in Adobe Photoshop for thumbnail design tasks.
