Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Educational Content Producer. We require someone who will lead TheSoul educational content strategy and create the production team and processes from scratch. Starting with our courses on established platforms, this role can evolve into creating a platform of our own!

We are willing to consider both a veteran of educational content and a new player on the market who already has educational products with proven results.

As a part of this role, you will:

1. Work on product strategy:

• Create online courses concepts, supervise promo campaigns to test the audience engagement and make decisions about new launches based on collected data.

• Build, maintain, and improve TheSoul Publishing online courses library to create a leading online school for creative talents.

• Build a team to scale the project.

 2. Produce educational content:

• Plan lessons, identify instructional designers and develop a new curriculum, help to explain complicated matters in easy-to-understand steps.

• Work closely with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure the accuracy of the lessons produced.

• Manage production teams, including freelancers and contractors.

3. Work with learners’ insights:

• Research weak points, misconceptions, and customer doubts, and turn those insights into educational material.

• Collect feedback in the form of NPS, CSAT, or star rankings and use the obtained data to improve the courses.

• Build and manage a community of learners.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• A proven ability of understanding of learning experience design and online courses development processes.

• An ability to stay on top of educational trends and try new options and approaches.

• Experience managing software platforms for educational content such as Thinkific.

• A portfolio of existing educational products with proven results.
