We are highly convinced that people is our greatest superpower, that’s why we are opening the position for experienced, attentive and energetic Employee Relations Manager to join us in our HQ (Limassol, Cyprus) and to take care of our Video Studio team.
What our Employee Relations Manager will actually do:
Act as a local ambassador of our global culture and people initiatives;
Work with senior management and implement HR plans and solutions;
Collaborate with global HR functions on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development;
Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements;
Serve as a partner to business supporting the rapidly changing priorities;
Resolve employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests;
Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the company;
Develop and design global policies and procedures; consult on HR effectiveness, services and tools;
Introduce, develop and manage an array of HR technologies that will enable the HR function to offer efficient and proactive services to the business clients.
HR with 5+ years of experience;
Fluent English speaker (Greek will be an advantage);
Guru in performance / project / change management;
Champion in organizational development;
Expert in building trusting relationships with leaders at all levels;
A person with a deep sense of empathy and understanding of the needs of diverse groups of people;
A doer with the ability to keep a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done;
A professional familiar with global and/or matrixed organisations scale;
A passionate person who cares about people.
