Global HR Processes Architect

Currently, we are looking for a Global HR Processes Architect who will work collaboratively with both the current HR team and business to identify and support the design and execution of the HR Processes framework.
Responsibilities:
Ensure our HR technology and operational support are intuitive for users to navigate TheSoul Publishing and built to scale;
Working with the HR team and internal partners to identify areas of opportunity for improving the production working environment, taking into account the varied and unique challenges and opportunities within each country;
Partner with HRD and People Partners to ensure HR services deliver the needs of all our services and that all initiatives are implemented effectively;
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the company, including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies;
Ensure consistency in HR practices across all hubs, especially concerning salary and benefits, recruitment and induction, completion and termination of contracts, and bring them in line with our values and principles of fairness;
Coordinate activities related to the employee lifecycle: onboarding, cross-functional lateral transitions, relocation, and leave;
Initiate and take part in projects of all sizes, as well as follow up on the processes of projects that support group-wide standardization, harmonization, and optimization of processes;
Lead the change in management component of the digitalization we require in our company: ensure high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access;
Improve on policies and processes within HR that optimize the Global HR functions;
Define and develop group-wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring, and optimizing of end-to-end HR processes;
Develop best practice expertise to ensure the ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts;
Design company policies and procedures;
Evaluate and make recommendations for changes and improvements to HR processes policies, procedures and systems;
Prepare budgets by the department;
Manage internal communication projects;
Ensure trends and experience are used to inform future resource allocation, and that resources are balanced across all areas.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven working experience as an HR Director/ Deputy HR Director/ HR Operations Lead/ Head of C&B;
Fluent English;
A proven ability to implement global processes in international companies;
Strong expertise in the areas of Regulatory & Compliance, Administration & Coordination, People Analytics, HRMS & Process Improvement;
Experience working in a multinational environment;
Experience in stakeholder management and communication across the hierarchy;
Strategic and systematic thinking;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
