HR Operations Specialist

Our HR team is currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist who will work in our new Budapest office. The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist with a genuine interest and passion towards the operational side of HR.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Organising and maintaining employee data in the systems;

  • Actively assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees;

  • Preparation of HR related documents;

  • Supporting with visa related tasks (administration, data collection, vendor communication);

  • Supporting employees with various HR related inquiries;

  • Assisting with the administration of learning programs, schedules, attendance, requirements;

  • Establishing and maintaining communication with managers to ensure that training needs are being met;

  • Participation in HR & Learning projects.

You will be happy working with us if you:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in HR (Administration, Learning, Operations);

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks;

  • Familiarity with work permit process for Hungary;

  • Knowledge of local labour law & legislations;

  • HR related education (vocational training is acceptable, degree is a plus);

  • Fluency in English, Native Hungarian speaker;

  • Open and communicative;

  • Proactive mindset;

  • Fast learner and naturally curious.
