Lead Facebook SMM for non-editorial pages
Hey hey hey!
We are looking for a cool Lead Facebook SMM for non-editorial pages (5-6 hours a day once experienced, may take up to 8 hours/day in the beginning. Weekdays)
lead the SMM, CM, DM, square cards and story makers team for non-editorial Facebook pages (discover training needs, provide support, feedback and coaching through exchange of experience sessions, constant feedback, 1:1 meetings and daily communication in Slack);
participating in team salary discussion and changes;
help in creating SMM strategies and conducting experiments on Facebook, track and report their effectiveness;
recruitment process to fill in the business needs;
launch of new Facebook pages quarterly;
onboard and train new employees;
create and update instructions;
oversee day-to-day operations and ensure posting efficiency;
constant communication with supervisor, producers and other departments on work matters;
communication and experience exchange with other Leads and producers
help and participation in general Facebook projects
solve technical/access issues and implement innovations into current processes, etc.
experienced on Facebook as an SMM/content manager
solid knowledge of SEO, algorithms, keyword research, internal TSP features (Compilator, Finder, SMM Planning, etc)
expertise in SMM strategy creation
skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
team working, collaboration and networking skills
eye for a good content, creativity, knowledge of TSP brands
proactivity in work
good level of English
project and campaign management skills
