We are looking for a Junior Social Media Analyst to support the of Social Media Analytics. If you are highly organized, with a mind for social analytics and flair for data interpretation and insights generation apply today!

What You Will Do:

• Assist the global social analyst in interpreting data and give recommendations and next steps from a data point of view;

• Support analytics assessment of production and distribution experiments and initiatives around content and pages;

• Compile platform reports on our brands performance, including collaboration with the platform partnerships team to provide recommendations;

• Write and present channel and pages audits for YouTube channels and Facebook pages, highlighting trends and suggestions for basic optimisation strategies together with the team;

• Highlight interesting trends in data across content and categories including from external reports;

• Collaborate with our BI team to improve our dataset quality and reporting needs from various teams;

What You Have:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field;

• Passion about numbers and everything that is related to data;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking who enjoys looking at data and finding trends.

• Interest in social media and streaming platforms;

• Basic understanding in digital video metrics (specifically related to organic content) and interfaces (Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube etc.);

• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments, backgrounds and skills;

• Good knowledge in data processing tools, including Excel or similar applications would be a plus;

• Fluent English (verbal and written);
