At the moment we are looking for energetic, attentive and efficient Legal Operations Specialist who will join our Legal team and keep an eye on a big quantity of different processes. What Legal Operations Specialist will actually do:


  • Dealing with the day to day administration of Legal department of the Company;

  • Coordinating an internal approval, signing process of the agreements across the Group globally.

  • Initiation and coordination of the renewal, termination, archiving process of the agreements from A to Z as per defined timelines.

  • Archiving of the documents and trademarks in the Companies e-database as per the Company's rules and policies, and keeping the Trademark Register up to date.

  • Liaising with internal clients on various legal operational tasks and assisting employees, auditors and other parties with the provision of the required agreements, documents.

  • Preparation and submission of the documents to various authorities (Trademarks Office, Notary Public, etc).

  • Maintenance of various registers/database of documentation: legal agreements registers, corporate registers, etc.

  • Reporting on key operational and substantive metrics for the practice group that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses.

  • Implementation of legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, as well as coordinating on design, rollout, and training for new systems.


Candidate’s profile:


  • A relevant experience with legal and corporate project operations in-house or at a law company;

  • Interest in archiving, policies and compliance;

  • Ability to independently move projects forward by gaining the support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role;

  • Written and spoken English and Russian;

  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills;

  • Get things done: a proactive approach to optimize legal processes;

  • High attention to details in papers and processes;

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

  • Digital literacy and agility; eagerness to use productivity tools and various workflow systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines.
