Localisations Start-up Manager

Right now, we’re looking for Localisations Start-up Manager who will manage a full-cycle localisation process, ensure the success of new localisation launches through in-depth market, audience and brands analysis and data-based prognosis.
What you will do:
Proactively review and initiate new localisations for TheSoul Publishing own content, in up to 19 languages, based on languages profit and performance forecasts
Regularly analyse viewership and financial performance of TheSoul Publishing localised brands across platform and languages to identify the best launch opportunities as well as potential closing of unsuccessful localisations
After consultation with impacted teams, decide and initiate opening or closing of localisation versions
Manage all incoming localisation performance and launch questions
Build on and improve TheSoul Publishing translation process, with a focus on transparency of the system and clear data-driven decisions
Collaborate with our Social Media Management (SMM) team to identify further deployment of existing localised brands to new platforms, as well as organise promotion of newly launched localisations
Assist the company's product distribution teams needs in planning, monitoring and sharing results to provide transparency on TheSoul localisation process
Work with our translation and business intelligence team to ensure data is reliable, as well as improve and scale department data insights and processes
Create cadence for processes (quarterly, monthly) and provide regular reporting of progress as well as appropriate recording of work across corporate platforms
What we expect from you:
Understanding of P&L statements, ability to make decisions based on performance and financial indicators
Capability to understand complex company processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
Extensive understanding of YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms ecosystems and how marketers can use tools, data and operations to maximise performance success
3+ years of experience in product management or performance social media marketing, proven working experience on new platform launches
Solid experience in process optimization and management
Strong analytical skills, interest in data-driven marketing
Social and digital media savvy passionate about video content, up to date with current digital trends and the competitive landscape
Proactive, highly-organized team player focused on delivering strong growth for the business
Highly adaptable, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
