Currently we are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team in the new office in Latvia (Riga). We are looking for a person to take care of the uninterrupted working condition of the office, who will help to maintain a safe and serviceable work environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Implementation of minor repair and painting works, furniture assembly;

• Moving furniture and other bulky items as needed;

• Transfers to the airport;

• Transfers from the hotel, corporate apartments to the office;

• Courier service, post.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Driver license;

• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work;

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
