Office Manager

Budapest studio is up and running, and we are currently looking for an Office Manager to take care of the smooth-running of the office, create and maintain a pleasant work environment while ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.

What you will do:

  • Welcoming guests/employees/visitors at the entrance

  • Serve as the key contact person for queries related to maintenance, mailing, cleaning, supplies, equipment, etc;

  • Organise the office layout and order stationery and all office equipment;

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;

  • Arrange logistics of TheSoul Publishing studio visitors, relocated employees, candidates, employees from other offices visiting Budapest;

  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;

  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting;

  • Provide general support to employees;

  • Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware);

  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant or Administrative Specialist/Receptionist

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach

  • Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

  • Sense of humour and stress-resistance

  • At least Intermediate level of English

  • Native or fluent Hungarian
