Our IT team is working on a wide variety of projects:
A high-load content production management system that allows us to create thousands of entertaining articles, videos, and animations in 20+ languages every month;
Cloud solutions for video and animation production;
Compiler, renderer - farm and parsing service for videos;
Corporate analytics and financial system;
20+ websites and mobile applications.
Our solutions are uniquely designed with complex business logic, high workloads, and microservice architecture.
We are looking for a Product Manager for our internal product team who will be a key person in creating a strategic path for the team of strong specialists and introducing a team along this path.
Candidate requirements:
4+ years of leadership experience as a Product Manager running B2B products (internal market, SaaS, PaaS, etc.);
Passion for creating tactics and implementing them into actions;
Deep understanding of product KPIs and how to work on them;
Hard Project Management skills to successfully take a project from start to finish with more efficiency;
A well-trained eye for UX and the absolute determination to create the best user experience;
Attention to detail, punctuality and discipline in work;
High level of proficiency in English;
Research skills will be an advantage:
ability to work with Google Analytics at an expert level;
ability to form hypotheses;
ability to organize and conduct the entire cycle of UX research (preparation, collection and data analysis);
ability to build CJM and analyze it;
A proven track record of commercial success will be an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
Be accountable for product strategy and long-term development;
Be accountable for the product KPIs. Own the product vision and backlog throughout the entire product lifecycle;
Be responsible for the P&L of the project;
Provide primary communication and link between stakeholders and the team;
Manage scope, budget, and time efficiently by setting priorities according to stakeholders' and users' feedback;
Guide the product team by setting measurable short, mid, and long-term goals;
Initiate qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development;
Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure an excellent user experience;
Perform analysis of the product performance and find opportunities for its optimization;
Manage and deliver quarterly commitment projects;
Own and manage the team's backlog and other agile rituals;
Manage team resources to drive product development with high efficiency.
