We are looking for a Scripts Department Lead who will be responsible for scriptwriter and proofreader development and results. They're the central head of their department and report directly to the Channel Producer.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee workflow of the Scripts Department (team of ~15 people).

• Carry out tasks set by the Channel Producer.

• Create and implement your own tasks to develop the department.

• Track writer and proofreader results. Resolve any issues that arise there.

• Work with HR to check applicant test tasks and choose candidates.

• Train new writers and proofreaders during their probation period.

• Create new- and update existing instructions for writers/proofreaders.

• Conduct team webinars and 1:1 calls with team members.

• Gather feedback from other departments on how scripts can improve.

• Work closely with the Producer, suggest new ideas and script approaches to develop the channel overall.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 1-year of experience managing a team.

• Highly organized (able to track results, set plans and goals).

• Able to empower a team to achieve both collective and individual goals.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines;

• Creative thinking, open to experimental formats/approaches.

• Great public-speaking skills.

• Advanced level English.
