As a Senior Financial Analyst you will perform financial and statistical analysis, provide on-going, timely and accurate budgetary salary analysis and forecasting. You will be working closely with the HR and Total Rewards team to support our compensation planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
What you will do:
Actively prepare for and execute month end analysis and forecasting processes of S&B costs, working closely with HR and Total Rewards Teams to ensure accurate forecasting and analysis;
Managing the full budget process including the quarterly re-forecast process of S&B costs;
Unify data from different sources and formats to build reliable reports for further decision-making;
Prepare financial models and scenarios for various business cases, such as relocation, new studio opening, synergies of group entities;
Forward-looking approach to all business decisions and considering opportunities and risks when analysing business proposals;
Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives;
Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budget;
Continual cost-optimization reviews to ensure quality and efficiency in group operations. The ability to make business recommendations using data and your commercial judgement is critical in this role;
Developing and enhancing data analytics and data visualisation across the group. This involves working with BI developers to produce best-in-class reports that aid commercial decisions across the group.4+ years in Financial Planning and Analysis or Accounting/Controlling
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Significant analytical skillset, including financial modelling and forecasting
Strong attention to details and scrutiny of all data provided
Strong ability to analyse large data sets and present conclusions concisely
Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly;
Experience in working with people costs (salaries, taxes, social insurance of different jurisdictions) is beneficial
Strong knowledge of IFRS;
Excellent knowledge of English language;
MBA, CIMA or ACCA certification is beneficial but not mandatory;
What you have:
3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or similar role;
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
Strong knowledge of IFRS;
Experience in data, operational, and financial analysis;
Significant analytical skill set, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools;
Strong problem-solving skills, robust attention to detail, and ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
