Job responsibilities:

• All BSYT translated channels work coordination;

• Working on BSYT's further expansion;

• Channels performance analytics;

• Providing strategic experiments.

Main requirements:

• English level B2+;

• BSYT format understanding;

• Being familiar with YT production and/or translation processes;

• Strategic thinking;

• Being proactive;

• Experience as YT channel development manager would win you extra points.
