We're looking for a responsible and professional part-time Development Manager to manage our YouTube channels and bring them to success.

Responsibilities:

• Сreate a channel-specific publication schedule;

• Content publication according the schedule (including adapting and adding metadata, setting up Content ID and turning on monetisation settings);

• Thumbnail preparation (choose from archive if needed, prepare and send request to designer);

• Create and post Stories, Shorts, Live Streams according shedule;

• Create and publish community posts;

• Start and review new channels promotion (posts, stories, end screens, etc.);

• Analyse general and audience-specific YouTube trends and update channels' strategy to follow them;

• Analyse channel performance an update channels' strategy based on findings;

• Create and execute channel promotion strategy if needed;

• Collaborate with Lead, participation in the general team projects.

Requirements:

• YouTube development manager experience, (experience on other platforms is not required but highly encouraged);

• High level of English (С1-С2);

• High level of soft skills;

• Independence in work, flexibility and initiative: on this project, it is especially important to be able to determine the success and failure of a launch in a timely manner, to be ready quickly change the strategy, close (if necessary) the current project and start a new one, solve possible technical difficulties, offer ideas for development;

• Ability to work as a team player.
