Accommodation
TheSoul Publishing offers temporary accommodation in an apartment for 2 weeks from arrival, during which you’ll need to find your own accommodation.
Transfer
We’ll provide you and family members (only for spouses and children) with flight tickets for the whole family + baggage, transfer from the airport and to work for 2 weeks from arrival, visa from the country of origin & work permit (if needed), Welcome book & Relocation FAQ, and answer any questions you might have about the moving.
Who can live and work in Riga?
If you’re a citizen of an EU country, you’ll have similar legal status as citizens of Latvia, i.e. you won’t need a visa to live in Latvia and will also have free entry into the Latvian labor market.
Otherwise, if you accept our job offer, our HR department will assist you with the immigration process to get the necessary permits.
Other conditions
Apart from that we also cover: necessary medical examinations (COVID test, fluorography, blood test), contract legalization in the tax authority and reimbursement of documents’ translation, medical insurance every year.

If you are a citizen of an EU country, you have similar legal status as citizens of Cyprus, i.e. you don’t need a visa to live in Cyprus and you also have free entry into the Cyprus labor market.
Otherwise, we are ready to create work permits for non-European residents.

Apart from that we also cover: necessary medical examinations (COVID test, fluorography, blood test), contract legalization in the tax authority and reimbursement of documents’ translation, medical insurance every year.
