We are proud to announce the launch of a highly ambitious VFX project. And in order to get started we urgently need a proactive and goal-driven Associate Producer.
The project is based on simple shooting and cool VFX effects. If you often fantasize about how aliens will suddenly take over your city and everyone will be saved by a huge King Kong, which will be lifted out of the water by a giant Kraken - then it's time to make your dreams come true. 🔥
Responsibilities:
Find ideas for new videos that will win over millions of viewers around the world
Organize and build workflows following the specifics of the project
Come up with the product packaging (names, covers, tags, etc.)
Work in a team, set clear, understandable tasks, achieve project goals
Utilize creative approach, while making informed decisions backed up by data
Requirements:
Prior experience in video production or similar industry
Creative and bold person who is not afraid to take responsibility
Strong desire to develop new VFX project from the ground up
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced video production environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work under time constraints
A structured, consistent approach to organizing a multi-stage production process
Ability to work with new non-standard tasks and solve them efficiently
Responsive to a constructive, useful feedback of the team's work
Good command of English language (both written and verbal)

Official full-time employment: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
Fixed monthly salary with performance-based quarterly bonuses
