Location: Remote Work
Responsibilities:
Owning, creating and delivering content for our external corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram) and other external hiring platforms;
Building partnerships with European animation, acting & video schools;
Launch of new digital employer brand campaigns;
Launch of targeting campaigns in social media in order to expand recruitment funnel;
Work with internal ambassador program.
Requirements:
2+ years of proven work experience within the sphere of employer branding;
Broad market knowledge and expertise in employer branding and communication practices;
Hands-on experience in conducting marketing and advertising activities and candidate-driven projects;
Experience in working with designers and external suppliers of branding materials;
High proficiency in English, both spoken and written (Advanced);
Strong project planning and management skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
