We are rapidly growing our capabilities and regularly launch new projects and initiatives within a company, and now we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Performance Management Executive with strong operational and analytical skills.
The role will be to support the business in unifying the project planning approach, and executing highly effective operational solutions to deal with The Soul Publishing project management challenges across multiple departments.
Working in the Global Operations team, you will collaborate with functions across the business, optimizing project planning and management processes to promote the consistency and transparency across the company.
Performance management, project planning and milestone audit
Improve the overall performance planning processes
Lead a full planning cycle for the company
Optimize calculations in Total Rewards, Performance Management, Operations and other business functions
Projects preparation for quarterly planning
Prepare instructions for quarterly planning
Prepare training materials and guidelines for the employees
Monitor the implementation of plans, spot any violations
Perform calculations of planned and actual indicators
Informing employees about changes in the planning process
Automation of calculation processes in Asana
Provide general advice and support in the process
3+ years of professional experience in the production planning and performance management
Experience in HR and Operations is considered as advantage
Fluent English and Russian (strict requirement)
Outstanding performance management skills
Developed strategic and tactical planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills - you can communicate easily with everyone, work well with direct criticism, can disagree and productively defend the position
Exceptional digital agility
Highly flexible and adaptive to changes in a fast-paced environment
Can flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
