We are rapidly growing our capabilities in the content protection area and looking for an experienced operational, analytical and platform specialist to support our content protection operations across multiple platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest & TikTok.
The role will be to support the business in executing highly effective technical and operational solutions to deal with The Soul Publishing content protection challenges across multiple brands. Working in the Platform Operations team, you will collaborate with functions across the business, optimizing operational processes to support our anti-piracy efforts.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing automated copyright protection tools execution across our YouTube channels (content ID), Facebook and Instagram pages (Rights Manager) and other platforms automated content protection tools.
Troubleshooting claim and intellectual property issues on multiple platforms, supporting our production and publishing teams.
Closely collaborating with our Legal and Publishing teams to document and improve our operational content protection processes.
Monitoring content infringement and supporting enforcement action on various online brand violation cases, on social media platforms.
Producing monthly reports to inform efficiency of content protection efforts across large datasets.
Assessing new approaches to ensure protection of TSP content worldwide (including China).
Staying informed on trends and new tools released on the market regarding Content Protection on third party platforms (including TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Requirements:
First experience with online content distribution and operations, or project management.
Hands-on knowledge of social media and streaming platforms and tools (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat).
1-2 years of experience with automated copyright tools (Rights Manager, Content ID). Experience preferable on the publishing side: music production company, cinema, social media companies, etc.
Knowledge of digital copyright concepts and understanding of content protection overall legal process.
Excellent cross-department communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
Education: Digital/Marketing/Social Media/Online Protection/Piracy knowledge background
Foreign language proficiency level: English fluent/native.
