Apply via our career site or LinkedIn — or, if you know someone at TheSoul, send them your CV/portfolio and the position you're interested in so they can refer you through our Referral Program.

STEP 2

First round assessment

We want to see your experience beyond the resume and give you a chance to share at your own pace. Instead of a typical scripted screening, we use a candidate-friendly platform for your responses. This is just the first step to get to know you better. If we’re a match, we’ll reach out to connect personally next.

STEP 3

Interview with HR

Let’s chat! Discover more about the role, discuss how you can add value to the team, and get answers to any questions you have. The interviews take place on Google Meet.

STEP 4

Test task challenge

This is your opportunity to showcase your skills and get a true feel for the role. It’s designed purely to highlight your expertise relevant to the position.

STEP 5

Interview with your future manager

Get a closer look at the role, explore how your skills can elevate the team, and start building a connection. It's your chance to get to know us and ours to get to know you.

STEP 6

Offer incoming

When it’s a perfect match, we’ll send you an offer and welcome you to the team!

  • Our recruitment process and timeline may vary based on the role and level of seniority. If you're selected for an interview, the recruiter will guide you through what to expect and share an estimated timeline for each stage of the process.

  • Most of our roles are remote-based, but if you’re interested in office-based positions, look for roles marked “Limassol”.

  • Yes! If a position is still listed on our site, it means we’re actively hiring for it. We value your time and take every application seriously.

This way, you’ll join our talent pool and be considered for opportunities that match your skills and potential.   • Yes, we offer internships typically lasting around 1.5 months (depending on the role and your background), our internships focus on skill development, and real-world exposure within the team. These are unpaid opportunities, designed to maximize your learning and professional development.

  • We encourage our remote team members to use their own equipment that best suits their work style.

  • Our recruiters and hiring managers carefully consider each candidate to find the best fit for the role. While we can’t always provide individual feedback, we truly appreciate your time and interest, and encourage you to apply for future opportunities that match your skills.

  • Yes, we securely store candidate information in a central database for up to 6 months. This allows us to match your skills with future opportunities that may arise. If you wish to have your personal data removed before that time, simply submit a written request, and we will delete your record promptly.
